Eagle now offers real time benefits and eligibility checking services to help providers streamline their patient care administrative process.  Eligibility results include important co-pay and deductible information. These services will allow you to determine whether a patient is eligible and what their benefits are before they arrive for their appointment.

Partnering With Eagle

1. Getting Started

Allowing Eagle to start processing your claims is easy. We will work with your staff to provide a smooth worry-free transition. Our staff will guide you through the process of getting started. First step is to get you signed up. To request a Billing Agreement please contact our office today.

2. Onboarding

Once we receive your billing agreement and provider profile we will prepare and submit all EDI paperwork on your behalf. This will allow us to transmit your claims electronically. Eagle will also provide you with all necessary billing forms and train your staff how to properly prepare them.

3. Let's Start Billing

Eagle will discuss documentation as well as proper patient intake and insurance information. We will develop and adapt to your specific needs to ensure an appropriate work-flow for claims processing. Let’s start billing!
